HR and colleagues consult assigned guides, prepare onboarding paths and summarise frequent questions. Decisions about people and sensitive-data access remain with authorised staff.
Collected conversations and requests can become material to consult and analyse in the workspace. Reading them does not mean being able to reply to customers or use the external agent’s actions: data and capabilities need separate assignments.

The output to prepare
A summary of the available data, with references to check and a chart where useful. In the workspace you can request a PDF report or an Excel export. Missing information remains visible.
Analysis can lead to a proposal: update a FAQ, clarify an instruction or improve a reply. People review and decide what changes; analysis does not modify the customer-facing agent on its own.
Examples depend on available data and connections. System actions, scheduled reports and specific controls are validated for the chosen configuration. Automatic action approvals are on the roadmap.
