The AgenVIO platform uses artificial intelligence systems to enable businesses to create, manage and supervise AI agents used in communications with users and customers.
When a user, customer or operator interacts with an AI agent through the AgenVIO platform or connected applications, the textual content of the conversation may be processed by third-party AI processing services in order to generate automatic responses or support the functionality of the service.
The data that may be processed includes exclusively:
- the textual content of messages or requests
- the context of the conversation necessary for generating the response
- any information voluntarily provided by the user during the interaction
The platform does not transmit to AI processing services sensitive data from the user's device, such as contacts, photographs, location data, device identifiers or other personal data not necessary for the operation of the service.
The AI service providers used by the platform may include language processing services and artificial intelligence models supplied by third parties. Such providers process the data solely for the purpose of generating the requested response and are subject to contractual obligations regarding data protection and security.
Businesses that use the AgenVIO platform retain responsibility for interactions with their users and may monitor, supervise or intervene manually in conversations managed by AI agents.

The platform does not make decisions that produce legal effects on the data subject or similarly significantly affect them, based solely on automated processing (including profiling), without meaningful human involvement. Where such processing is envisaged, the safeguards required by law (including the right to obtain human intervention, to express one's point of view and to contest the decision) will be ensured.
The use of artificial intelligence-based features implies the processing of conversation content solely for the provision of the service.
